This man is a disgrace to our profession what he said is unforgiveable no matter how much he was provoked, I wonder if he would have reacted the same way if the lady was with her husband or brother I think not, this kind of behavior should not be tolerated

this man is a disgrace to our profession, we are all under pressure at some point of the day but his behaviour is unforgiveable. I wonder if he would have acted in that way if her husband or brother were present, I think not

Wow if he is the owner of the company it is very bad. He should never be allowed to get his hands on any council or public contract work again. Still doesn’t excuse Ms Maynard though, abuse is wrong in any form.

The driver who is the owner of the company was shouting racist remarks at the parent and her daughter. Not double standard as far as am concerned case closed.

After reading the article I thought it was a disgrace, only one person is to blame, Nigel Jackson should have known better to racially abuse the mother and her daughter on school grounds, as he is a service provider by Leicester county hall and is supposed to provide a service to all races of coloured children on his buses.

Double standards. Both parties are guilty, but why does only one side get punished. It is just as bad not to respect a pensioner and abuse him about his weight. Ms Maynard’s daughter witnessed some appauling behaviour by the bus driver and her mother. Shameful
