Coach Broker in the running for prestigious Welsh business award, Fast Growth 50

Leading coach and minibus hire provider, Coach Broker, has qualified for the shortlist of the highly prestigious Fast Growth 50 award. The annual award seeks out the fifty fastest growing Welsh businesses rewarding the highest achievers for their outstanding entrepreneurship and success over the course of the last three years.

Coach Broker is one of the leading lights in the coach and minibus hire industry. From their head quarters in Cardiff, the transport operator offers chauffeur driven coach and minibus hire services throughout the UK through its network of approved transport companies. Coach Broker specialises in competitive priced coach and minibus hire services for all occasions with transport available to rent in all areas of the UK and also selected parts of Europe and Ireland.

To qualify for the shortlist of the coveted Fast Growth 50 award, the company must be an independent organisation, be based in Wales, and must have had sales of over a specified figure since 2008. The annual awards were set up in 1999 and have gone from strength to strength every year. The 50 shortlisted companies will all be featured in a special business supplement of the leading Welsh newspaper, the Western Mail, with a company profile of each firm included in the shortlist.

Coach Hire News: Coach Broker report record bookings this January

Despite the fact we’re only half way through January, Coach Broker are already reporting a record number of bookings since the start of the new year, and are even predicting that 2010 will be their most successful year to date.

With the aid of some well orchestrated marketing campaigns, and heavily discounted coach hire rates on offer as part of their January sale, Coach Broker have been inundated with bookings for the coming year and beyond. Some customers have been so eager to make the most of the low cost prices offered as part of the New Year incentive, that the company have started taking bookings for 2011 and even 2012.

Popular dates such as Royal Ascot week and 6 Nations rugby weekends have been booking out extra fast, with limited availability already being noted for selected days. Coach Hire for weddings is also looking busy, especially during the peak months of July and August.

Extra sales staff have been drafted in to cope with the rush in bookings. Coach Broker is expanding at such a rate that the company has even had to relocate to new offices as it had simply run out of room at its former base.

Cardiff based company Coach Broker power ahead with expansion plans

Coach Broker expansion plans

Cardiff based company Coach Broker has been gaining significant ground in the coach travel industry this year thanks to some shrewd business manoeuvres. After buying out a rival company’s websites and launching a successful news site dedicated to the transport industry, the burgeoning business is now relocating to larger offices to house its growing workforce.

The transport provider operates a nationwide service offering coach and minibus travel all over the UK at the most competitive price. The success of the company hinges on an ability to utilise sophisticated internet based marketing tools which ensures that Coach Broker ranks highly on all major search engines. Following a hefty investment of £250,000 to acquire over 60 websites from a rival Bristol based Coach Company this summer, Coach Broker has further strengthened its grip on the transport market and has seen a massive increase in the number of traffic visiting its websites, and a subsequent increase in bookings.

In just over a year the Coach Broker workforce has almost doubled, which is especially impressive given the current economic climate. The company has recently confirmed that they will be taking over another floor of office space in the same building where they currently operate in Mount Stuart Square, Cardiff Bay. As well as extra sales staff, Coach Broker has also had to expand its web development team, with more web developers and content writers employed to cope with the mounting workload.

The Managing Director of Coach Broker, Tej Randeva, who also runs the successful luxury transport provider Limo Broker from the same offices, says the expansion plans are coming on leaps and bounds as the company gears up for their move to the new offices. Coach Broker is still running its recruitment scheme to take on more sales, customer service and accounts staff as business continues to boom for the bus and coach firm.
