Coaches and car hire vehicles full of fans of the legendary pop diva Grace Jones will be making their way to venues around the country in January 2009.

The singer will be bringing her Hurricane tour to the UK in the New Year beginning with a gig at the Symphony Hall in Birmingham on January 19th.

She will then appear in Manchester‘s Apollo Theatre on January 24th, Bristol’s Colston Hall the following night, before concluding the tour at the Roundhouse in London on January 27th and 28th.

Jones, who rose to fame in the 1970s and 80s as an actress, singer and model, is famed for her roles alongside Arnold Schwarzenegger in Conan the Destroyer and as May Day in James Bond film A View to a Kill.

However, following the release of her latest album Hurricane earlier this month, the singer will be entertaining crowds with her latest songs across the country.
